Rumor | OnePlus will launch 3 new Nord-series phones in India
OnePlus has recently been slated to bring a new member of its Nord series to the world soon, starting with India. Then again, this new "2T" is linked to some admittedly iffy specs, a heretofore-unseen Dimensity 1300 SoC amongst them.
Given that MediaTek now seems to has moved beyond the 1x00 naming sequence entirely, this seems unlikely. Nevertheless, Yogesh Brar reportedly stands by claims of the 2T launching soon, and now purports to flesh the rumor out with a price-range for the phone's SKUs in the Indian market.
According to the leaker, it will cost between INR 30,000 (~US$402) and 40,000 (~US$536) on its release. It will also supposedly arrive in 2022 alongside the Nord 2 CE, which does at least have more concrete leaked specs. According to Brar, it will go for INR 25,000 (~US$335) to 30,000 on this event.
Furthermore, OnePlus is now tipped to expand its Nord range in India with a new, even cheaper, model. Brar has yet to grace it with a product name, although it is now believed to launch at the ~INR 20,000 (~US$268) mark this year.
