OnePlus Nord 2 CE: Renders confirm the loss of the alert slider and at least two launch colours

91mobiles and @heyitsyogesh have leaked more details and renders for the OnePlus Nord 2 CE, also called the OnePlus Ivan. Earlier this week, the leaker revealed numerous Nord 2 CE specifications, including that it has a Dimensity 900 SoC and up to 12 GB of RAM.

Also, @heyitsyogesh claimed that the Nord 2 CE has a 6.4-inch display and four cameras, visualised in today's renders. Reputedly, the Nord 2 CE lacks an alert slider, a staple of OnePlus smartphones. The device retains the OnePlus 9 series' design language though, albeit with downgraded hardware.

91mobiles alleges that the Nord 2 CE will arrive in two colours, grey and olive green. OnePlus is expected to release the device in India and Europe. However, 91mobiles states that the Nord 2 CE will not hit shelves until Q1 2022. Hence, OnePlus should have at least announced the device before April next year.

Reportedly, OnePlus will launch the Nord 2 CE in India for between INR 24,000 (~US$314) and INR 28,000 (~US$370), depending on the memory configuration. European pricing remains unknown at this stage, but the Nord 2 CE should be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
