MSI launches over a dozen new gaming laptops with up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090

Roughly a month has passed since Intel announced Intel Arrow Lake-HX Plus processors like the Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus. Simultaneously, Acer, Asus and Dell followed suit with multiple laptop refreshes, including the massive ROG Strix Scar 18 2026.
Now, MSI has joined the party with eight new laptops across its Raider, Stealth Titan series. Specifically, the company has presented the following laptops backed by Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processors:
- Crosshair 16 Max HX E2WGXK
- Raider 16 Max HX B2WJ
- Raider 16 Max HX B2WI
- Raider 18 Max HX A2WJ
- Raider 18 Max HX A2WI
- Stealth 18 HX A2WI
- Stealth 18 HX AI A2XWHG

Incidentally, the Crosshair 16 Max HX E2WGXK is the first laptop confirmed to be launching with Nvidia's unreleased 12 GB RTX 5070 laptop GPU. Meanwhile, the other seven laptops listed above feature either the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, GeForce RTX 5080 or GeForce RTX 5090.
At the same time, MSI has updated the Crosshair 16 HX with E14WGK, E14WFK and E14WEK variants leveraging the Core i7 14650HX or Core i9-14900HX and 8 GB versions of the GeForce RTX 5050, GeForce RTX 5060 or GeForce RTX 5070. Additionally, MSI has also revealed three new 15-inch Cyborg laptops called the Cyborg 15 Max, C2WG Cyborg 15 C2WF and Cyborg 15 C2WE with similar specifications as last year's models (curr. $1,299 on Amazon). MSI has not confirmed pricing or availability for its new models yet, though. Please see the company's press release for more details.
