The P40 Pro is set to arrive in March, and possibly in five colours. The device will sport a quad-curved display, six cameras and probably 5G connectivity too. A 52 MP main rear-facing camera has been touted among other camera hardware, too.

Hot on the heels of the P40, 91mobiles has returned with renders of the P40 Pro and in what colours Huawei will offer them. Citing industry sources again, little distinguishes the P40 Pro from the P40, besides a more advanced display and an additional rear-facing camera. Both devices will apparently feature dual front-facing cameras, though.

As previous leaks have stated, the P40 Pro will have a quad-curved AMOLED panel. However, the curves on the long edges of the display do not look as severe as those that Huawei employed for the Mate 30 Pro. The new renders from 91mobiles retain the curved metal corners too, which may be there for added protection.

While we can tell that the P40 Pro has a fourth rear-facing camera, it is unclear what the purposes of it are at this stage. GSMArena has offered the idea of it being a 3D ToF sensor or a macro camera, with renowned Huawei leaker @RODENT950 suggesting that it will be a ToF camera. Separately, @RODENT950 claims that the P40 Pro will feature a 52 MP main rear-facing camera, along with a 40 MP cine sensor and a periscope zoom lens.

Finally, the new renders show off the P40 and P40 Pro in five colours. 91mobiles alleges that these will be called Black, Blush Gold, Silver Frost, Deep Sea Blue and Ice White. All will have gradient finishes, too. Both devices will likely arrive in March running EMUI 10, Huawei's version of Android 10, and a Kirin 990 SoC
