Huawei is set to debut the next iteration in its photography-focused P-series of premium phones later this week, and a new leak has revealed even more on the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro ahead of launch.

Huawei is set to unveil its next set of flagships, the Huawei P40 series, in a few days. Over the past few weeks, numerous renders, teasers, and leaks have surfaced, so there isn't much we don't know about the phones already. Yet another leak has surfaced, however, giving us an even clearer idea of what to expect from the upcoming Huawei P40 and P40 Pro.

According to Ishan Agarwal, the P40 will sport a 6.1-inch display. Seeing as there's a fingerprint reader baked into the display, we expect it to be an AMOLED panel. The phones will sport a triple rear camera setup comprised of a 50 MP main sensor, 16 MP camera, and 8 MP camera. The 8 MP camera is likely a telephoto lens, and the phone will offer 30x digital zoom. We expect 3x optical zoom. At the front will be a 32 MP selfie camera. The phone will be powered by a 3800 mAh battery.

The P40 Pro will sport a bigger 6.58-inch display. At the back will be a 50 MP + 40 MP + 12 MP + ToF quad-camera setup, while the front of the phone will play host to a 32 MP sensor and a depth sensor. The phone will deliver 50x "Supersensing zoom with Telephoto Stabilization". Supplying the phone with power will be a 4200 mAh battery, with 40 W wired and 40/27W wireless charging keeping charge times down.

We'll be sure to keep you updated on this.
