Apple has unveiled two new iPhone colourways for the entire iPhone 13 series. As expected, Apple has refreshed the iPhone 13 series with a new green colour option, mirroring the mid-cycle purple refresh that the company introduced for the iPhone 12 series. Incidentally, Apple has not brought the purple option back for the iPhone 13 series.
Instead, Apple has introduced a new green colour option, as Apple's launch event screenshots show. However, the company has given iPhone Pro models a new lick of paint this year, unlike last year's iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. According to Tim Cook, Apple has settled on 'Alpine Green' for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, which have a matte back and glossy side panels.
In comparison, Apple has called the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini's new colourway just 'Green'. Also, the Alpine Green option is lighter than the standard Green, unlike past iPhone releases. Apple states that the new colours will be available to pre-order starting Friday, March 11. Pre-orders will ship on March 18, at least in the US.
