Leaker shares release dates for Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro plus global availability for Xiaomi MIX Flip foldable
Passionategeekz claims to have obtained release information for not just the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro, but also global availability for the MIX Flip. For context, Xiaomi has only officially released the MIX Flip so far. Even then, the handset has been restricted to Chinese and Hong Kong launches, although it is already possible to import the device running the global version of HyperOS.
By contrast, Xiaomi has not mentioned the Xiaomi 14T series in any capacity yet. However, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is expected to serve as the international version of the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition, which debuted in China almost a month ago. Conversely, less is known about the Xiaomi 14T. With that being said, recent Geekbench appearances suggest that Xiaomi has equipped the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra and Dimensity 9300+ chipsets, respectively.
According to Passionategeekz, Xiaomi intends to introduce the Xiaomi 14T, Xiaomi 14T Pro and MIX Flip simultaneously on August 23. In other words, the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro will be the first of Xiaomi's T series smartphones to arrive before September. In comparison, the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro (curr. $589 on Amazon) appeared right on the cusp of summer and autumn. Unfortunately, Passionategeekz has not outlined launch pricing yet. Instead, the leaker has detailed colours and storage combinations for all three devices, which we have reproduced below:
