Gigabyte unveils new Brix mini-PCs with Intel Jasper Lake processors in 0.68-litre chassis

Gigabyte has introduced its first mini-PCs based on Intel's Jasper Lake architecture. The 0.68-litre machine can be equipped with up to a 10 W CPU, has multiple ports and an M.2 2280 SSD, among other features.
Jasper Lake Mini PC

Gigabyte has unveiled new Brix mini-PCs based on Intel Jasper Lake processors. Currently, the company has confirmed that it will release the following three systems:

  • GB-BMCE-4500C - Intel Celeron N4500
  • GB-BMPD-6005 -  Intel Celeron N5105
  • GB-BMCE-5105-  Intel Pentium Silver N6005

All models measure 56.22 x 103 x 116.52 mm and have a 0.67-litre volume. Gigabyte dispenses with a fan, so all models passively cool their CPUs. Additionally, Gigabyte has included an M.2 2280 slot and a SO-DIMM slot for DDR4-2933 RAM. Moreover, there is a 2.5-inch drive bay that accepts 7 mm or 9.5 mm drives and a modem that supports Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi 5. Gigabyte has also included the following ports:

  • 1x 3.5 mm headphone jack
  • 1x 3.5 mm microphone jack
  • 1x Gigabit Ethernet
  • 1x HDMI 2.0b 4K@60P HDR10
  • 1x mini DP 1.4b support 4K@60P HBR2
  • 3x USB 3.1 Type-A
  • 1x USB 3.1 Type-C

Gigabyte has not revealed how much the GB-BMPD-6005 or GB-BMCE-5105 cost. However, it has confirmed that the GB-BMCE-4500C will be available for €159 in a few weeks.
