Asus has released a new mini-PC internationally featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite. Combining an 18-core processor with an 80 TOPS NPU, the Ascent QN10 also boasts 2.5 GbE LAN, three USB4 ports and up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM.

Asus has finally started selling its latest Ascent series mini-PC. For context, the company released the NUC 16 Pro earlier this year with a choice of Intel Panther Lake processors (curr. $705 on Amazon). By contrast, the Ascent QN10 adopts Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 platform.

Unveiled in May during Computex 2026, the Ascent QN10 lacks an Nvidia GPU like last year's Ascent GX10. Instead, the former leverages the Adreno X2-90 as part of the Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-88-100, a 3 nm iGPU that fared well during our recent ProArt PZ14 and Zenbook A16 reviews. Additionally, the Ascent QN10 contains 18 CPU cores and an 80 TOPS NPU (INT8).

The Asus Ascent QN10 calls for a 180 W (20 VdC/8A) power adapter.

On top of that, the Ascent QN10 features three USB 4 ports, four USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1 (FRL) and a 2.5 GbE Ethernet connection within a 130 x 130 x 40 mm housing that weighs 620 g. Moreover, the mini-PC offers Bluetooth 6.0 and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, as well as dual M.2 2280 slots that support PCIe Gen 4 x4 SSDs. Unfortunately, RAM is not user-upgradeable.

The Ascent QN10 starts at CNY 9,999 (~$1,490) in China with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM and 512 GB of storage. Meanwhile, the mini-PC has reached Singapore for SGD 2,629 (~$2,075) with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Newegg indicates that the Ascent QN10 should reach the US for $1,699 too, featuring 32 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. A UK retailer suggests that this configuration will arrive in the UK for £2,181.99.
