Nvidia RTX-equipped mini PC with up to 96 GB DDR5 RAM is now on shelves

Around a hundred days ago, we covered a teaser for the Acemagic G3A mini PC, which, at the time, had no official pricing or availability details. It appears that the powerful mini PC went on sale sometime last month, at a price tag that is about as eye-watering as one might expect given its specs.

For those who need a refresher, the G3A mini PC is powered by the Intel Core i9-13900F desktop CPU and an Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada workstation GPU. The system comes equipped with 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, which can be upgraded to a whopping 96 GB courtesy of dual SODIMM slots.

The 24-core Core i9 13900F may be over 3 years old at this point, but it still packs quite a punch and manages to keep up with a modern Ryzen 7 9700X (currently $339 on Amazon) in synthetic multithreaded benchmarks. To put things simply, raw CPU performance should be perfectly admirable on the G3A mini PC.

As for the GPU, it is unclear whether the G3A mini PC utilizes the desktop variant of the RTX 2000 Ada GPU. In raw benchmarks and gaming performance, the Ada GPU should be about as powerful as an RTX 3060 12 GB card.

That said, it should be obvious that a workstation-grade card is designed with stability and professional software support in mind, and definitely not for gaming. The Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada, courtesy of its enterprise-grade drivers, has been certified by several companies, including Solidworks, Catia, Autodesk, Siemens, and more.

The 3.5-liter mini PC is definitely on the larger side for a "mini" PC, but is also compact enough to fit on almost any desk.

Of course, it is now time to address the elephant in the room - pricing. The Acemagic G3A mini PC starts at a cool $1,999 on Acemagic's official US website as of this writing, and can be purchased with a $100 coupon for a limited amount of time (according to Acemagic). The official MSRP, however, is a shocking $2,799.
