New affordably-priced E-ink and dot-matrix faceplates for Steam Machine go on sale

Accessory brand Jsaux previously confirmed that it will be releasing a trio of front panel customization options for the currently trending Steam Machine. It appears that two of them are finally available for purchase, priced rather decently.
The first one happens to be a faceplate with a 7-inch RGB matrix display and a resolution of 64 by 54. This color dot matrix display can convey crucial system information, such as system temperatures, RAM usage, and other such nice-to-have details.
Customers can also customize the faceplate to display memes, GIFs, and almost anything of their liking.
Folks who would prefer a higher-resolution panel for more detailed customization, can opt for the e-ink faceplate, which sports a 5.8-inch e-ink display with a resolution of 640 by 480 and support for up to 16 grayscale levels.
A color variant is also likely to be released some time in the future.
As for power and connection, the e-ink variant sports a 500 mAh battery and Bluetooth 5 for connectivity. The dot-matrix variant, on the other hand, features a USB-C connection for both power and data. Both can attach magnetically to the Steam Machine.
Those concerned about the 500 mAh battery should rest easy, considering that e-ink displays do not need to refresh when displaying a static image. This allows them to save a ton of power - when displaying static content, of course.
As for pricing, the dot matrix face panel is available for just under $90, whereas the e-ink variant is available for just under $100.
