POCO's first 'Pro' smartphone of 2021 is set to arrive on March 30, the company has teased. The device is expected to launch in three colours and two configurations for up to €300.

The @IndiaPOCO Twitter account has dropped a big hint about the launch date of its next smartphone. While the company is yet to announce the launch of a new smartphone, the bold text in the below image reads:

X 21 30 M PRO

In our opinion, X 21 PRO means X3 Pro, which is the name that has appeared at several certification agencies in the last few weeks. Additionally, '30 M' likely refers to the 30th of a month that begins with the letter M. We doubt that POCO would start teasing the X3 Pro two months before its release, so '30 M' probably means March 30.

Based on recent leaks, Xiaomi will launch the POCO X3 Pro in the EU, Turkey, Indonesia, Russia and Taiwan. However, @IndiaPOCO's post implies that March 30 will only be the X3 Pro's launch date in India. Regardless, the POCO X3 Pro is expected to launch in two configurations:

  • 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage
  • 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage

The device should be available in black, blue and bronze too. Additionally, the X3 Pro is thought to have a 120 Hz display, a 5,200 mAh battery and a Snapdragon 8xx series SoC. @Sudhanshu1414 believes that Xiaomi will charge €250 for the 128 GB model and €300 for the 256 GB version, so we doubt that it will be the Snapdragon 870 or the Snapdragon 888.
