AOC and Porsche Design have teamed up once again to create a new high-end gaming monitor. This time, the pair have released a 34-inch option that has a 240 Hz refresh rate, an 1800R curvature and comes with a 3-year warranty like many other recent QD-OLED gaming monitors.

AOC has partnered with Porsche Design again to deliver another high-end gaming monitor. For context, almost a year has passed since the pair worked together to release the AGON Pro PD49. However, the new AGON PRO PD34 is also one of several new AGON PRO-branded monitors that AOC has introduced recently, including the AG346UCD, AG326UD and AG276QZD2 (curr. $599.99 on Amazon).

As its name suggests, the AGON PRO PD34 relies upon a 34-inch panel that sits within a design allegedly inspired by recent Porsche 911 generations. According to AOC, it has modelled the included sandblasted aluminium stand after a 911's steering wheel and stock alloys. Meanwhile, the ribs on the monitor's rear are said to resemble the radiator grille from the 911 Carrera 4S pictured in the monitor's marketing materials.

In short, the AGON PRO PD34 is another curved 34-inch gaming monitor based around a 1440p and 240 Hz QD-0LED panel produced by Samsung Display. As such, the monitor also boasts 0.3 ms GtG response times, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility and 1,000 nits HDR peak brightness. On top of that, the AGON PRO PD34 covers 99% of the Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 colour, which helped it earn a VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.

Furthermore, AOC advertises the monitor as containing one DisplayPort 1.4 connection, two HDMI 2.1 ports, a KVM switch and various USB ports, including a Type-C connection that can recharge connected devices at up to 65 W. Incidentally, the monitor features a pair of DTS-certified 8 W speakers too, plus 100 x 100 mm VESA wall mounts and the usual array of AOC software features. Currently, the AGON PRO PD34 is available in the UK and Europe for £1,050 and €1,190 (~$1,326), respectively.
