Nothing Phone (2) capabilities showcased in hands-on video and camera samples
The Nothing Phone (2) is still a few days away from officially launching. However, the company is now allowing various employees and influencers to post sample photos taken with the device, which we have collated below. For reference, rumours suggest that Nothing has equipped the Phone (2) with a pair of 50 MP rear-facing cameras. It is unclear whether this year's Nothing Phone features upgraded primary or ultra-wide-angle sensors, though.
Meanwhile, Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) has published a detailed hands-on with the upcoming handset. The YouTuber primarily focuses on Nothing's revised Glyph interface, which grows from 12 to 33 LED zones. Additionally, MKBHD showcases the device from most angles, confirming the Phone (2)'s reliance on flat sides and a subtly curved back panel, contrary to renders shared last month by @OnLeaks.
Moreover, MKBHD briefly shows the front of the Phone (2) too. In short, Nothing has opted for a flat display, relatively thin bezels and a centralised punch-hole camera. Nothing will release the Phone (2) on July 11. Currently, the handset is expected to start at €729 with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
