Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge: 120 W and 108 MP wielding smartphone launches in India with a 120 Hz display
Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India, a country-specific version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus. Similarly, Xiaomi has also revealed the Xiaomi 11i, an Indian edition of the Redmi Note 11 Pro. As such, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge has a Dimensity 920 SoC and a dual-cell 4,500 mAh battery. The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge supports 120 W wired charging, for which Xiaomi includes a charger in the box.
The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge also has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. Xiaomi protects the 1,200-nits display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and integrates a 16 MP front-facing camera. Additionally, Xiaomi has included a 108 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens.
The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be orderable in India from tomorrow. The smartphone arrives in Camo Green, Pacific Peal, Purple Mist and Stealth Black, all with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Initially, Xiaomi will sell all colours for INR 26,999 (~US$363). Eventually, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will cost INR 31,999 (~US$430). The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will debut with MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition, rather than the newer MIUI 13. Presumably, Xiaomi pre-loads Android 11 too, instead of Android 12.
