The BenQ MOBIUZ EX321UX is another 4K Mini LED gaming monitor with a 144 Hz refresh rate. Rivalling the Philips Evnia 32M2N6800M, the BenQ MOBIUZ EX321UX also delivers 700 nits SDR and 1,250 nits HDR peak brightnesses. However, BenQ also adds DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity into the mix, among other features.

BenQ has detailed a new MOBIUZ gaming monitor, almost a year after releasing the MOBIUZ EX480UZ in Europe. This time the company is preparing to launch the MOBIUZ EX321UX, which appears to share its underlying panel with the Evnia 32M2N6800M that Philips released in Chinese earlier this week. As such, the MOBIUZ EX321UX is a 32-inch IPS gaming monitor with 1,152 Mini LED local dimming zones at its disposal.

While BenQ has not disclosed full specifications yet, the Evnia 32M2N6800M delivers 700 nits of typical brightness that rises to 1,250 nits when viewing HDR content. BenQ has confirmed that the MOBIUZ EX321UX offers 10-bit colour depth with 99% Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 colour space coverages though, as well as a native 4K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the MOBIUZ EX321UX boasts 1 ms GtG response times, plus BenQ's array of Brightness Intelligence Plus, Light Tuner and Color Vibrance technologies. Moreover, the monitor has an adjustable stand and the following ports:

  • 1x 3.5 mm jack
  • 1x DisplayPort 2.1
  • 3x HDMI 2.1
  • 3x USB Type-A
  • 1x USB Type-C (65 W Power Delivery/downstream)
  • 1x USB Type-C (downstream)
  • 1x USB Type-C (upstream)

So far, BenQ has only revealed the MOBIUZ EX321UX in Japan, where it will go on sale in May. Thus, it is unclear when the gaming monitor will reach other markets like the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. BenQ has not confirmed pricing yet either, although the Evnia 32M2N6800M's launch pricing of CNY 4,999 (~$695) in China implies that the MOBIUZ EX321UX will cost less than competing OLED options like the ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM and MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED, which were recently released for $1,299 and $949, respectively.
