AOC releases four new monitors from under £150 with 100 Hz IPS panels and 65 W USB Type-C port
AOC has introduced a host of new monitors, the same month that it presented the AGON GAMING Q27G4X gaming monitor. Mirroring Philips and its E1 series monitors, AOC has put forth four options that only differ in their details. For reference, AOC has assigned these monitors the following model names at various price points:
- 24B3CA2 - £149.99/€169
- 24B3CF2 - £172.99/€179
- 27B3CA2 - £172.99/€189
- 27B3CF2 - £183.99/€199
While all AOC B3 series monitors utilise 1080p IPS panels, AOC distinguishes them by their included standards and display sizes. As their names suggest, the 27B3CA2 and 27B3CF2 measure 27-inches across. By contrast, the 24B3CA2 and 24B3CF2 are both 23.8-inch monitors. Similarly, all monitors offer -5/25° tilt adjustments, although 'CF2' models also provide 110 mm in height adjustments that their 'CA2' counterparts lack.
AOC adds that all B3 series monitors deliver 1 ms MPRT response times with Adaptive Sync support too, as well as 4 ms GtG response times. Moreover, the company has included a pair of 2 W speakers and an HDMI 1.4 input. On top of that, each monitor leverages a 100 Hz refresh rate, plus USB 3.2 Type-A Gen 1 and Type-C ports for connecting various devices. Incidentally, the latter supports 65 W Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode, along with data transfer. Please see AOC's website for more details.
