Xiaomi has just released the Redmi K80 Ultra in China, which can already be imported from third-party retailers. While the Redmi K80 Ultra is expected to remain exclusive to Xiaomi's home market, its global counterpart has now been spotted on Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) database.
Believed to be the Xiaomi 15T Pro, the device is only referred to by its model number on the IMDA. Nonetheless, 2506BPN68G has been previously associated with the retail name Xiaomi 15T Pro in a prior leak. On top of that, the model number reveals that Xiaomi is preparing for a full global release at some stage later this year.
If Xiaomi's typical release pattern holds for another year, then the Xiaomi 15T Pro will likely officially debut in September alongside a cheaper Xiaomi 15T. The Pro variant should exhibit minimal changes from the Redmi K80 Ultra too, as was the case last year with the Redmi K70 Ultra and the Xiaomi 14T Pro (curr. $618 on Amazon). As such, the Xiaomi 15T Pro should line up this autumn onwards with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, a 6.83-inch LTPS OLED display and a circa 7,000 mAh battery that supports 100 W wired charging.
