Previous Google Pixel 10 leaks revealed a wealth of information about its camera layout, Tensor G5 SoC and colour variants. One report stated the lineup would start at 128 GB storage, but if new information obtained by X leaker @MysteryLupin is accurate, that might not be the case. It will largely come down to the variant, with the base Pixel 10 understandably offering the least amount of storage.
- Google Pixel 10: 128 GB, 256 GB
- Google Pixel 10 Pro: 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB
- Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB
- Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold: 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB
Essentially, the base Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro variants will still be stuck with UFS 3.1 storage because 128 GB UFS 4.0 modules don't exist. It is unclear how much RAM Google will install with each variant, but 12 GB will likely be the minimum required to facilitate the smooth functionality of on-device AI functions.
Overall, the base Pixel 10 is shaping up to be a mixed bag of upgrades. While it features a larger 5,000 mAh battery and a marginally brighter screen (3,000 nits peak brightness), its triple camera layout includes a mix of lacklustre camera sensors that will almost certainly require AI trickery to keep up with its Pro-branded siblings.
