Honor Earbuds 3i: New TWS earbuds arrive with ANC and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity
Honor has opened pre-orders for the Earbuds 3i in China, following the device’s announcement yesterday alongside the Honor 80 series and the Magic Vs. Available for CNY 499 (~US$70) in Honor’s home market, the Earbuds 3i mimic the design of the AirPods Pro 2. However, Honor has included a larger charging case, which the company’s CEO stressed had been designed to resemble a pebble for some reason.
At the heart of each earbud is a 10 mm driver, which is powered by a 55 mAh battery. Additionally, Honor has included a 410 mAh battery in the bundled charging case, which should recharge the earbuds in approximately an hour. During its launch event, Honor claimed that the earbuds should last up to 10 hours between charges, albeit only with ANC deactivated.
The Honor Earbuds 3i also offers Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and quick pairing functionality with other Honor devices. Unfortunately, Honor has not confirmed whether it intends to sell the Earbuds 3i outside China. The company tends to release audio products in other markets eventually, although it could take until the new year before the company does so.
