The Redmi Note 13 series debuted a few months ago, but only in China. According to Appuals, Xiaomi is now preparing a European launch for two of the three models it already offers in its home market, excluding the cheapest Redmi Note 13. Reportedly, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will soon be available outside China without a POCO re-brand like the Redmi K70E.
For reference, the cheapest Redmi Note 13 Pro retails for CNY 1,399 (~US$197/€182) with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Unsurprisingly, Xiaomi will not bring all SKUs to Europe, including its entry-level Redmi Note 13 Pro model. Instead, the mid-range smartphone is rumoured to start in Europe with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, the device's second most expensive SKU in China that currently costs CNY 1,699 (~US$239/€221).
Supposedly, the Redmi Note 13 Pro will cost at least €449 in Europe, €50 more than the cheapest Redmi Note 12 Pro (curr. US$229.99 on Amazon). In saying that, Xiaomi launched the latter with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for €429.90, which narrows the price gap somewhat. Likewise, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus is said to carry a €499 MSRP, a price that would match its predecessor in Europe but with 4 GB more RAM and twice as much storage. Unfortunately, it remains unclear when Xiaomi will present the Redmi Note 13 series in Europe.
