Thunderobot has shared more details about its Zero Air gaming laptop. First showcased at the end of last year, Thunderobot claimed the Zero Air would receive a full debut during CES 2026 in Las Vegas between January 6 and January 9. With that event having wrapped up last week, Thunderobot has now pivoted to outlining when its lightweight gaming laptop will be available.
As the image below shows, the Zero Air is said to tip the scales at 1.58 kg while being 15.9 mm thick at its thinnest point. In that sense, the Zero Air is about as heavy as the Acer Predator Triton 14 AI, Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 (curr. $1,594 on Amazon) or other equivalent 14-inch gaming laptops. However, the Zero Air leverages a 15.3-inch OLED display that outputs at 2.5K, 165 Hz and with full DCI-P3 colour space coverage.
Moreover, Thunderobot has included a Core Ultra 9 386H from Intel's Panther Lake family. A 16-core processor, the Core Ultra 9 386H drops to the 4 Xe3-core iGPU rather than Intel's flagship Arc B390. Nonetheless, the Zero Air also features an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU with 8 GB GDDR7 VRAM and a 115 W TGP, including Dynamic Boost.
According to Thunderobot, the RTX 5070 combines with the Core Ultra 9 386H to deliver 160 W of performance overall. Currently, Thunderobot expects to release the Zero Air across China in April. The company has not shared any details about global availability yet, though.
