AMD Raise The Game: New bundle starts with up to two free games when purchasing Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards
AMD has launched a new promotion for those looking to buy a Radeon RX 6000 series graphics card. Based on the RDNA 2 architecture, the Radeon RX 6000 series has now been superseded by the RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX, which AMD announced earlier this month. With that in mind, AMD has decided to offer Dead Island 2 and The Callisto Protocol for free if you pick up most Radeon RX 6000 series cards between now and February 4, 2023. For reference, the promotion ends at 23:59:59 ET on February 4, rather than at the start of that day.
Additionally, AMD is giving people until March 4, 2023, before they must claim their free games. In part, that is because Dead Island 2 will not be available until February 3, 2023. Meanwhile, The Callisto Protocol arrives on December 2. As such, reviews for either game have not gone live yet, although the likes of IGN have already previewed The Callisto Protocol.
It is worth keeping in mind that this promotion only applies to purchases of new desktop Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards, not used models or the equivalents that AMD has created for laptops. Moreover, Radeon RX 6400 and Radeon RX 6500 XT purchases receive just Dead Island 2, rather than it and The Callisto Protocol. Conversely, all other models from the Radeon RX 6600 are eligible for both titles.
