AMD set to unleash the RX 7000 GPUs next month as the company confirms the RDNA 3 launch event time and date

The high-performance consumer graphics market is about to heat up as AMD has now announced the final date and time for the RDNA 3 launch event. RDNA 3 is AMD’s next-generation GPU architecture that is likely to power boards such as the RX 7900 XT, the RX 7800 XT etc.

Thankfully, we don’t have to wait too long to find out what the RDNA 3 GPUs are capable of as AMD is set to hold the “together we advance_gaming” launch event at 1 p.m. PDT (4 p.m. EST) on Thursday, November 3. Team Red describes the event as an occasion where “AMD executives will provide details on the new high-performance, energy-efficient AMD RDNA™ 3 architecture that will deliver new levels of performance, efficiency and functionality to gamers and content creators”.

The RX 7000 boards have been heavily rumored over the past months. Some leaks claim the GPUs to be significantly more powerful than the RX 6000 GPUs. Other reports suggest AMD’s upcoming cards to be weaker than Nvidia’s RTX 40 “ADA Lovelace” offerings. So, it’ll be interesting to see which company takes the performance crown come November.
