The MINISFORUM X35G mini-PC is now orderable on Amazon with an Intel Ice Lake processor and Optane storage for US$419.99

MINISFORUM sells a lot of mini-PCs, and another one has reached Amazon. The X35G originally launched last year on Indiegogo and remains orderable on the MINISFORUM website. However, MINISFORUM charges shipping fees when returning faulty items and does not cover custom charges, duties or tariffs, so Amazon may be a better bet when it comes to warranty coverage.

Additionally, the X35G can be ordered on Amazon with a US$30 coupon, dropping the price of the mini-PC to US$419.99. For that, you get a machine with an Intel Core i3-1005G1 processor, 16 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, a 1 TB SATA HDD and 16 GB of Intel Optane memory. The Core i3-1005G1, for reference, offers a 15 W TDP and can boost to 3.4 GHz.

The X35G also has a Thunderbolt 3 port, along with dual Gigabit Ethernet, two dedicated video outputs and four USB ports. The machine measures 136 x 121 x 39 mm too, making it small enough for most desks. CNX Software has spoken highly of the X35G in its review too, which you can read here. Overall, the MINISFORUM X35G is relatively powerful and versatile for its size, especially with its Thunderbolt 3 port. According to the Amazon listing, orders should begin shipping in early February.
