The TOPTON MU01 is tiny even by mini-PC standards. TOPTON compares the machine's size to a ballpoint pen, for example, and yet it can be configured with up to an Intel Core i7-10510U processor. While Intel released the Core i7-10510U in 2019, the processor has four cores, eight threads, a 15 W TGP and can boost to 4.8 GHz. Alternatively, TOPTON offers the MU01 with a Core i5-8265U, Core i7-8565U or a Core i5-10210U.
The company has also included two SO-DIMM slots that accept DDR4 RAM, along with M.2 2230 and 2280 connectors that support Wi-Fi modules and SSDs, respectively. Moreover, the 128 x 128 x 38 mm machine has space to store a 2.5-inch SATA drive, should you prefer to use one over an M.2 2280 one.
The MU01 has a Gigabit Ethernet connection too, which TOPTON has flanked with two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, a DisplayPort 1.2 connection and a USB Type-C port. There are also another two USB 3.0 Type-A ports on the front of the device, and two USB 2.0 Type-A ones for good measure.
TOPTON sells the MU01 on AliExpress as a barebones PC or with various RAM and storage combinations. Prices start at US$268.13 for the Core i5-8265U model, with TOPTON charging US$3138.41 for theCore i5-10210U and US$368.68 for the Core i7-10510U. There is also the Core i7-8565U edition, but this is only available with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD.
