Lenovo may be readying the Tab P12 Pro, but the company still has to deal with the Yoga Tab 11 and Tab P11 Plus first. Revealed in June at MWC 2021, the pair feature a MediaTek Helio G90T SoC, 11-inch displays and 7,500 mAh batteries, albeit in different chassis.
The similarities do not end there either, as they also support up to 20 W fast charging, have at least 4 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a USB 2.0 Type-C port. However, the Tab P11 Plus has a better rear-facing camera, improved speakers, and pogo pins for a detachable keyboard. The Yoga Tab 11 should be configurable with more storage and RAM than the Tab P11 Plus, though.
Currently, Lenovo only sells the Yoga Tab 11 and Tab P11 Plus in one configuration each, both with 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of storage. While Lenovo stated that the Tab P11 Plus would launch for US$259.99, the price has crept up to US$263.99. Conversely, the Yoga Tab 11 has dropped from US$319.99 to US$271.99.
Unfortunately, Lenovo has not announced when it plans to sell other configurations in the US, such as the Yoga Tab 11 with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Strangely, Lenovo sells this variant in the UK, where it retails for £399.00. Likewise, the Tab P11 Plus is available in the UK in its top configuration for £279.99.
