The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is poised to launch in markets such as the US soon
A recent Google Play Console listing offers evidence of the imminent launch of the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, a tablet that might represent a significant upgrade over its previous generation, particularly in terms of its processing power. Now, a new leak direct from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) might reveal some more specs for this potentially promising mobile device.
This new official listing includes dimensions that point to a total diagonal length of about 13 inches, and, thus, an 11- to perhaps even 12-inch display. (Then again, the Tab P12 Pro has been depicted as a tablet that definitely has bezels to date, thus hinting a smaller value is the more likely here). This screen is slated to be 1600x2560 in resolution, although the rest of its specs remain unknown at this time.
The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro (or TB-Q706F) is also projected to come with a Snapdragon 855 platform (with, as it seems, up to 8GB of RAM); however, despite this, the FCC fails to mention any SKUs with cellular connectivity. Instead, it seems the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro successor will arrive in Wi-Fi- and Bluetooth-enabled form only. On the other hand, the possibly upcoming tablet will also have NFC, at least.
