Xiaomi has now presented the Smart Band 9 Pro globally. Not only is the wearable official outside China, but it is already available to purchase in markets like the UK and Japan.

The Smart Band 9 Pro is the first of Xiaomi's October hardware announcements to make its way outside China. To recap, the company's other recent releases include the Xiaomi 15Xiaomi 15 Pro, the Watch S4 and the Pad 7 tablet series. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen when these devices will be available internationally.

By contrast, Xiaomi has now opened pre-orders for the Smart Band 9 Pro in multiple countries. By our count, Xiaomi is selling the wearable in at least the UK and Japan, where it retails for £62.99 and JPY 9,280 (~$60), respectively, before factoring in any coupons. To that end, the Smart Band 9 Pro can currently be picked up in the UK with a £5 launch discount.

Please note that while we have checked dozens of Xiaomi's other regional websites without success, there is every chance that the Smart Band 9 Pro has reached other markets, too. At any rate, the Smart Band 9 Pro directly replaces the Smart Band 8 Pro (curr. $89.99 on Amazon) with a 1.74-inch AMOLED display that outputs at 60 Hz with 1,200 nits peak brightness.

Moreover, the new wearable offers up to 21 days of battery life, 5 ATM water resistance, Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and GNSS location services. Unfortunately, the global version of the Smart Band 9 Pro lacks NFC connectivity, which Xiaomi offers with its Chinese counterpart. Please see Xiaomi's website for more details.
