The Vwar Rex Pro is a comparatively cheap smartwatch that has plenty going for it. For one, Vwar has included an AMOLED display, which more expensive smartwatches like the TicWatch E3 (affiliate link) lack. Specifically, the Rex Pro's has a 1.39-inch display that resolves at 454 x 454 pixels. The display has a touchscreen layer, but you can also navigate through the smartwatch with its two physical buttons.
Additionally, Vwar has integrated always-on display (AoD) functionality, another feature missing from many budget smartwatches. The Rex Pro runs a proprietary OS, but it supports Android and iOS devices via the Fitwinner app. The smartwatch supports multiple sports too, which integrate with its heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure monitors. Accordingly, the Rex Pro has IP67 certification against water and dust.
Moreover, Vwar has equipped the Rex Pro with 4 GB of storage, which can be used for local music playback. According to Vwar, the Rex Pro should last up to 15 days between charges on its 300 mAh battery. Currently, the Rex Pro starts at US$59.53 on AliExpress and is available in four colours. However, Vwar charges US$67.82 for the Steel Black and Steel Silver editions, for reference.
