Zotac has revealed the MAGNUS EN474070, a new member of the ZBOX E series. Based around a 2.65-litre case, the MAGNUS EN474070 comes in two colours with an Intel Core i7-14700HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, among other features.

Zotac has updated its mini-PC portfolio with various new options, including two new MAGNUS options. As TechPowerUp notes, Zotac has also introduced new ZBOX Q and Pro series mini-PCs aimed at workstation use cases. By contrast, its new MAGNUS products all come with up to 14th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPUs.

For reference, Zotac is selling its new MAGNUS mini-PCs with the following model names:

As the photos below and model numbers suggest, the MAGNUS EN474070C and MAGNUS EN474070W are black and white versions of the same mini-PC. According to the pair's product pages, they both feature a Core i7-14700HX processor, which belongs to Intel's Raptor Lake-HX Refresh family. Sitting towards the top of the series, the Core i7-14700HX features 20 cores and 28 threads split between 8 performance cores and 12 efficiency cores that can reach 5.5 GHz and 3.9 GHz, respectively.

Moreover, both mini-PCs contain dual SO-DIMM slots for up to 64 GB of DDR5-5200 or DDR5-5600 RAM, as well as a pair of M.2 slots (2230/2242/2280/22110) that support PCIe 4.0 x4 SSDs. Furthermore, the new MAGNUS mini-PCs find themselves with a 115 W version of the GeForce RTX 4070 that has 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM (128-bit) and 4,608 cores at its disposal. On top of that, Zotac has included the following ports within a 2.65-litre case volume:

  • 2x 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet
  • 1x 3.5 mm headphone jack
  • 1x 3.5 mm microphone jack
  • 1x DC-in
  • 2x DisplayPort 1.4a
  • 1x HDMI
  • 1x SD card reader
  • 1x Thunderbolt 4
  • 5x USB 3.1 Type-A

Unfortunately, Zotac has not revealed how much the MAGNUS EN474070C or MAGNUS EN474070W costs yet. With that being said, last generation models like the Zotac Magnus EN374070C ran to nearly £1,400 as a barebones unit. Incidentally, the company has announced the MAGNUS ONE ERP74070SC and MAGNUS ONE ERP74070SW too, details of which we have covered separately.
