GoPro's action camera retailed for €479.99 in the Eurozone last year, but this year's model will cost a lot more than the Hero 9 Black does. Reportedly, the Hero 10 Black will be over 10% more expensive than its predecessor, which is a lot to pay for the new features that it will offer.

Last month, Roland Quandt leaked the Hero 10 Black, GoPro's next action camera. Now, Quandt has revealed how much the Hero 10 Black will cost in the Eurozone, at least at retail anyway. Pricing for other markets, such as the UK and US, has not leaked yet.

Quandt states that GoPro will charge €539.99 for the Hero 10 Black in the Eurozone, a less palatable price than the cost of previous Hero Black cameras. For context, the Hero 9 Black launched for €479.99, which is quite a price rise in a year.

It is worth stressing that we only have Quandt's word on this; he has not provided a retailer listing. However, Quandt has an excellent track record, as we have covered countless times before.

The Hero 10 Black looks like its predecessor, but with a new GP2 processor and an improved camera. Based on Quandt's last leak, the Hero 10 Black can record at higher resolutions and framerates than its predecessor, up to 240 FPS at 2.7 K, apparently. A release date is the last piece of the puzzle for the Hero 10 Black, though, as this has not leaked yet.
