Huawei has already announced the Watch Fit Elegant and Band 6 this year, but it is not done with smartwatches in 2021. While there is no concrete information on what other smartwatches Huawei will release this year, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) appears to have certified one of them.
Unfortunately, the EEC listing does not reveal many details about the device apart from its model name, the GLL-AL04. Typically, companies register devices with the EEC when they plan to sell them globally, and not just in Russia. At the very least, the GLL-AL04's arrival at the EEC suggests that Huawei will launch it outside of China. When the GLL-AL04 launches is another matter altogether, though.
According to @RODENT950, Huawei plans to launch the Watch 3 and Watch GT 3 series this year. Hence, it is conceivable that the GLL-AL04 is a variant of one of these devices. There is a chance that the GLL-AL04 could be another special edition smartwatch, like the Watch GT 2 Pro New Year Edition is. In saying that, Huawei tends to release these in China, which has us thinking that the GLL-AL04 is one of Huawei's next-generation smartwatches instead.
