Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and POCO X3 GT receive MIUI 13 update with Android 12

Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 13 to the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and the POCO X3 GT, having announced the update's global release schedule earlier this week. However, Xiaomi has only issued the update on MIUI's Chinese branch. Typically, MIUI updates arrive first in China and take a few weeks to hit other markets.

The Chinese and global versions of MIUI 13 are quite different, though. Still, the pair should receive MIUI 13 elsewhere if it has come their way in China. According to Adimorah Blog, the update contains new features like MiSans Font and a revised control centre, which are both missing from MIUI 13 Global.

MIUI 13 arrives for the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and the POCO X3 GT in China as V13.0.2.0.SKPCNXM. Incidentally, the 'CN' in its build number denotes that it is a Chinese build, rather than one intended for any other MIUI branches. Additionally, V13.0.2.0.SKPCNXM contains Android 12, another upgrade for the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and the POCO X3 GT. Xiaomi has included the January 2022 set of Android security patches, too.
