Xiaomi confirms MIUI 13 global launch date alongside the Redmi Note 11 series
Last week, Xiaomi announced that 'the time has come' for MIUI 13, as we discussed separately. The company also published public beta builds for recent flagships, such as the Mi 10 and Mi 11 series. Initially, Xiaomi decided against revealing when MIUI 13 would debut, but it has now done so through its MIUI Twitter channel. Also, the company tweeted the following on its global Twitter channel:

Undoubtedly, Xiaomi will debut MIUI 13 globally alongside the Redmi Note 11 series, also due for announcement tomorrow. Incidentally, Xiaomi unveiled MIUI 12.5 during its Mi 11 presentation. For some reason, the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro are yet to see a global release, despite being launched a month ago in China.
Instead, it seems that Xiaomi will showcase MIUI 13 in the global Redmi Note 11 series, which has leaked several times so far. For context, the global Redmi Note 11 series does not include the Redmi Note 11S, which will arrive in early February. However, Xiaomi should announce at least the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G and Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.
According to Xiaomi, tomorrow's launch event will commence at 12:00 GMT. Xiaomi will stream the event on multiple social media channels, including YouTube. Additionally, you can watch the event on Xiaomi's website. It is unclear how long tomorrow's event will last for, though.
