Google has just released its latest Feature Drop for its Pixel smartphones, coverage of which we have provided separately. Additionally, the Pixel Watch 3 is now eligible for pulse detection and new emergency features in more markets. However, buried at the bottom of its lengthy blog post are a few tidbits relating to not just existing Pixel Watch models but also Fitbit smartwatches and fitness trackers.
For context, Google now redirects people from the Fitbit website to its webstore. However, Fitbit continues to introduce new features to its devices, like those added to the Ace LTE (curr. $227.99 on Amazon) last month. Soon, Google's updated Daily Readiness algorithm will be added to the Fitbit mobile application for numerous smartwatches and fitness trackers.

Moreover, Fitbit is adding Cardio Load and Target Load metrics too, which will go live on December 9. Incidentally, these features will be coming to the Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2 as well, albeit through the Fitbit Today app and the Readiness complication.
