Xiaomi 13 Ultra: Xiaomi teases global release for new flagship
Xiaomi may have acknowledged the Xiaomi 13 Ultra on its global social media channels during yesterday's launch, but it has not confirmed a launch date yet. Instead, Xiaomi has teased that it cannot 'wait for everyone to experience' for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and its 'incredible imaging experience'. The same goes for the Smart Band 8, Pad 6, Pad 6 Pro and a new TV Master unit, which Xiaomi also referenced during its global coverage.
Incidentally, Xiaomi has not hinted at global releases for these four devices. However, a recent FCC certification suggests that the Pad 6 will be available outside China. Typically, Xiaomi sells its fitness trackers globally too. As for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi has buried in its press release that it will be coming to 'various international markets in the next few months'.
For now, the only way of obtaining a Xiaomi 13 Ultra is to import it from third-party resellers. Currently, the likes of TradingShenzhen are selling the entry-level model from €1,077 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Alternatively, 512 GB and 1 TB of storage variants can be purchased for €1,117 and €1,277 respectively, both with 16 GB of RAM. Please note that Chinese models lack LTE Band 20 support.
