An alleged sighting of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra surfaced online last week, just under two months before its presumed global unveiling during MWC 2025 in Barcelona. Now, 91mobiles claims to obtained details about the future flagship's storage and colour variants way ahead of schedule.
For context, Xiaomi sells the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (curr. $1,035 on Amazon) in three memory configurations culminating in 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The handset can also be picked up in Black, Blue, White and Titanium Grey finishes in some markets, although many only received its Black and White versions.
According to 91mobiles, Xiaomi's 'Ultra' smartphone will return this year with at least 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage to play with. The website does not rule out other combinations being available, from which we can infer that 256 GB and 1 TB options could be in development, too. It remains to be seen whether the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will start with 12 GB of RAM like its predecessor, though. Regardless, 91mobiles adds that Xiaomi intends to offer black, white and silver colour options, meaning that we have only seen the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in one of its guises so far.
