The video below has been popping up on several social media accounts in the last few hours, showing a dark blue Xiaomi 15 Ultra with a Leica camera that was first leaked in a real image a few days ago. In all likelihood, this is not a working model but only a dummy, albeit one with a CE mark on the bottom right corner.
Interestingly, blue is unlikely to be one of the three color options that, according to a leaker, will be available in Europe from March 2025. As it stands, there are indications that only black, white and silver will be available. In Europe, like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (available here at Amazon) only one configuration is expected: 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.
Chinese launch expected in February
While the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will likely be unveiled internationally on March 2 in the run-up to the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, a launch in China is likely to take place a few days earlier in February. What appears to be a fan-made poster from the weekend mentions February 26 as a potential date, but this has not been confirmed. Based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will offer several new features, especially the 5x telephoto and, according to previous leaks, will have a 200 MP sensor like the Vivo X200 Pro, but at the expense of the variable aperture of the 1-inch main camera and with a slightly smaller ultra-wide angle.
