Nothing has decided to let the cat out of the bag with respect to what device(s) it will unveil at its March 4 event. After multiple leaks, Nothing took to X to confirm that the event won't be for the highly-anticipated Nothing Phone (3) flagship phone which was initially believed to arrive this quarter.
According to the post on its official X account, the March 4 event will be for the launch of the Nothing Phone (3a) Series. The post also includes a teaser of the upcoming phone, and unlike the teaser with the first announcement, this has a different camera arrangement. The sensors are arranged horizontally just like the Phone (2a) (curr. available on Amazon for $374) and not vertically.
A leak has revealed that the Phone (3a) will have three rear cameras - a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide angle camera. It will also have a 32MP front-facing camera.
Alongside the Phone (3a), Nothing will also announce a Phone (3a) Pro. It too should have triple rear cameras, and is probably the device with the vertical rear camera arrangement.
