Garmin Enduro 2, Epix 2, Marq 2, Quatix 7, Fenix 7 and Fenix 7S series smartwatches receive bug fixes with new update

Beta Version 14.31 is now rolling out to Fenix 7, Enduro 2, Epix 2, Quatix 7 and Marq 2 smartwatches, a minor update compared to Beta Version 14.30. According to Garmin, it has only included four changes this time around, compared to the near two-dozen that featured in Beta Version 14.30. Additionally, Beta Version 14.31 only introduces bug fixes to the platform, with new features or other such improvements escaping this week's beta build.

Nonetheless, the bug fixes should improve Garmin's software experience in various areas. Specifically, Beta Version 14.31 should address an issue that prevented some Daily Suggested Workouts from appearing in the Workouts app. Moreover, incorrect icons should no longer should in the same app, with Garmin adding that Beta Version 14.31 fixes a bug that could cause system freezes on the wallet page.

Also, the company has included a change that remedies a PC connection problem for Marq 2 smartwatches. Garmin is distributing Beta Version 14.31 as an over-the-air (OTA) update and not through its Express or GCM services. However, you must manually check whether Beta Version 14.31 is ready to download; Garmin continues to elect against rolling out new beta updates automatically for now.
