Plenty has been said about the OnePlus 13T lately, despite the fact that OnePlus has not acknowledged the device's existence yet. For example, Digital Chat Station claimed earlier this week that OnePlus was working towards introducing the 13T 'in late April'.
Prior to that, the same leaker reported that the OnePlus 13T would launch with a 6.3-inch display and a 6,200 mAh battery. As a result of these details, the OnePlus 13T has been discussed in the same sentence as the Find X8S, which Oppo has been teasing on Chinese social media this week ahead of its full debut on April 10.
An alleged image of the OnePlus 13T should dispell any suggestion that it and the Find X8s are direct relatives, though. While the Find X8s appears to conform with the design of other Find X8 models, the OnePlus 13T is closer to the rumoured Oppo K13. Based on the image below, OnePlus' next compact smartphone will have a flat back panel and slightly curved edges, unlike the OnePlus 13. The OnePlus 13T also has a rather unusual camera housing, at least by OnePlus standards.
Reportedly, the OnePlus 13T will rival the Galaxy S25 (curr. $699.99 on Amazon) not only in size, but also by using the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. OnePlus may gain the edge over Samsung in a few areas though, such as support for 50 W wireless and 80 W wired charging. The OnePlus 13T is rumoured to feature 50 MP primary and 50 MP telephoto cameras too, unlike Samsung's latest compact flagship.
