Lazada has opened pre-orders for the Neo 3 GT in the Philippines, less than a month after ZTE unveiled the device in Barcelona during MWC 2025. To recap, the Neo 3 GT differs from the cheaper Neo 3 in several areas.
For one, the Neo 3 GT utilises the more powerful Unisoc T9100 chipset. Based around a 6 nm manufacturing process, the Unisoc T9100 features one ARM Cortex-A76 CPU core clocked at 2.7 GHz, another three restricted to 2.3 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.1 GHz. On top of that, the Unisoc T9100 contains a Mali-G57 MP4 GPU, which powers the same 1080p, 120 Hz and 6.8-inch AMOLED display found in the Neo 3. The panel reaches 1,300 nits (HBM) in the Neo 3 GT though, compared to 1,000 nits in the Neo 3.
Seemingly, the Neo 3 GT contains the same 50 MP primary, 16 MP front-facing and 2 MP depth of field camera system as the Neo 3. However, ZTE boasts that the Neo 3 GT also contains a 4,083 mm² vapour chamber cooling system to prevent thermal throttling during prolonged gaming sessions. In pursuit of that, ZTE has included a pair of shoulder triggers that flank the device's power and volume buttons. The Neo 3 GT offers pass-through charging too, or 80 W wired charging when you need to top up its 6,000 mAh battery.
The Neo 3 GT is available with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for PHP 12,999 (~$227), down from a PHP 14,999 (~$261) MSRP. While ZTE offers the device in Electro Yellow and Interstellar Grey finishes, it has only created one memory configuration. Previously, ZTE indicated that the Neo 3 GT would be available globally by the end of March. There is no sign of the device on Nubia's global website yet, though. Instead, the company continues to promote the Z70 Ultra (curr. $769 on Amazon) that we reviewed at the end of last year.
