Motorola is preparing to launch a successor to last year's Edge 50 Fusion (curr. $260 on Amazon). While the company continues to tease its next 'Fusion' branded Edge smartphone, leaker Evan Blass has turned his attention towards another model that Motorola has in the works.
This time, the leaker has published a short video of what he claims is the Edge 60 Pro. Although the device's name is not mentioned in the 15-second promo, its design matches those shown in previous Edge 60 Pro leaks. Ultimately, the smartphone looks a lot like the Edge 50 Pro, albeit in different colourways.
While little has visually changed from the Edge 50 Pro to the Edge 60 Pro, Motorola has added a new hardware button between generations. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen what the purpose of this button is yet. According to the likes of Android Headlines, the button may be to summon Google's Assistant or Gemini services, which would not be that surprising. Reportedly, the Edge 60 Pro will start for around €600 (~$650) in the Eurozone; device specifications remain unknown for now, though.
