OnePlus is reportedly gearing up to launch a new flagship smartphone, which is rumored to be called the OnePlus 13T or OnePlus Mini. Previous reports shared that the compact flagship would make its debut sometime in April, but now, the possible launch timeline has been further narrowed.
Digital Chat Station, a reliable Weibo tipster, shares that the OnePlus 13T will be fully unveiled in late April, right after the launch of the Oppo Find X8s series. Besides revealing the possible launch timeline, the leaker has also reiterated the core specs of the compact flagship phone.
In the new report, the tipster highlights that the OnePlus 13T is expected to sport a 6.1-inch display with a 1.5K resolution. It will reportedly be a straight screen with slim bezels. The latest report from Digital Chat Station also mentions that the device could pack a battery with over 6,200 mAh capacity and 80 W fast charging support (100 W Anker Prime charger curr. $79.99 on Amazon).
The tipster notes that among the key selling points are the battery life and premium design. Digital Chat Station has talked about the possible key differences between the Oppo Find X8s and the OnePlus 13T as well. In the comments section, the tipster claims that the former will come with a better camera setup and have support for wireless charging.
However, per Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 13T will have the upper hand in terms of battery capacity, as the Find X8s is expected to sport a smaller battery. There's still no concrete information about the possible prices of these two compact flagships.
