Google has scheduled the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro's release for October 19, just a day before Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event. While we still know little about the latter, several retailers have leaked the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, including Carphone Warehouse in the UK. Now, leaker @_snoopytech_ has discovered another retailer's Pixel 6 listing that contains the device's datasheet.
As the image below shows, the Pixel 6 measures 160.4 x 75.1 x 8.2 mm, although its weight remains unknown. Incidentally, these dimensions are identical to those of the Pixel 4 XL, which would make the Pixel 6 much larger than its predecessor. However, they also contradict dimensions leaked by OnLeaks earlier this year.
The Pixel 6 contains upgrades over both devices though, including its 50 MP primary camera. Additionally, the datasheet states that the Pixel 6 has a 12 MP front-facing camera, another improvement on the Pixel 4 XL and Pixel 5. The device is expected to use its front-facing camera for facial recognition too; the datasheet cites this as 'Face ID'.
Google will sell the Pixel 6 for €649, which also has 8 GB of RAM and at least 128 GB of storage. Pre-orderers will receive a pair of Bose Headphones 700 over-ear headphones for that price as well, according to a previous leak.
