Nothing Ear (2) earbuds rumoured to be in development as well as the Nothing Ear (1) Stick
@stufflistings has discovered references to two upcoming Nothing earbuds, which he alleges are already undergoing internal testing in numerous Asian and European markets. Specifically, the leaker claims that Nothing has prepared the B155 and B157, model numbers that have appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards and the SGS Fimko's databases. Reputedly, the earbuds in question are the Ear (1) Stick and the Ear (2), the first of which leaked last month.
As we discussed at the time, the Ear (1) Stick should be available for €99.99 with up to 30 hours of battery life, or 7 hours of continuous use. Ultimately, the Ear (1) Stick is just the Ear (1) in a different case. For some reason, Nothing decided against bringing the Ear (1) Stick to market alongside the Nothing Phone (1), which we reviewed last month. It remains to be seen whether Nothing will continue to sell the standard Ear (1) after releasing the Ear (1) Stick, though.
Unfortunately, @stufflistings has not shared any details about the Nothing Ear (2). Presumably, the earbuds will offer at least its predecessor's features, which includes Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, 11.6 mm drivers, active noise cancellation (ANC) and 'Clear Voice Technology', among other features. We imagine that Nothing will offer the Ear (2) in two colours as well, which it also decided to do for the Phone (1), not just the Ear (1). Based on last month's Amazon leak concerning the Ear (1) Stick, both it and the Ear (2) could be available from September 19.
