A few days have now passed since Samsung updated its foldable lineup with a new ultra-premium option. Sharing the same underpinnings as the Galaxy Z Fold7, the Samsung W26 departs from its sibling in a few areas. As we discussed at the time, the Samsung W26 adopts a more ostentatious design than the Galaxy Z Fold7.
For instance, the Samsung W26 has a gold frame with a ribbed finish. Likewise, the handset utilises glossy back panels. Unlike recent Samsung W models that also adopted ceramic backs, the Samsung W26 sticks with glass like the regular Galaxy Z Fold7 (curr. $1,599 - refurbished on Amazon).
Additionally, Samsung includes numerous official exclusive accessories. Shown in the image below, these accessories and packaging follow on from last year's Samsung W25. Officially, Samsung is unlikely to offer the Samsung W26 globally, despite including full Google Play compatibility.
Nonetheless, the Average Dad Tech store is now offering the Samsung W26 worldwide as an imported device. Starting at $3,061 with 512 GB of storage, the W26 rises to $3,537 for its 1 TB storage variant. Please see the Average Dad Tech store's website for more details.
