Honor has finally confirmed European pricing for the Magic V2, its primary Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 competitor. For reference, Honor last showcased the Magic V2 in September 2023 at IFA 2023 in Berlin, two months after its Chinese release. Incidentally, the company has shared the information a few days after releasing the Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design in China, details of which we have covered separately. Also, it is worth noting that Honor still remains quiet about whether it will release the Magic Vs2 globally, which serves as a cheaper alternative to the Magic V2.
The Magic V2 will be orderable across the Eurozone on January 26 with a €1,999 MSRP in black and purple finishes with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Seemingly, Honor will restrict its sales to its online shop first, with no mention of a retailer partnership in its press release at this point in time. Unsurprisingly, the company is offering various discounts for Magic V2 pre-orders, which will run between January 26 and February 29.
Specifically, Honor will include a complimentary case with a carbon fibre finish and its Watch 4 smartwatch. Please note that while Honor typically charges €149.90 for the Watch 4 in the Eurozone, the smartwatch is currently available at a €20 discount from its online shop. Moreover, the company states that it will ship a 66 W charger with orders, too, but at a €1 surcharge. On top of that, Honor will repair the handset's internal display for free within the first 12 months of ownership, as well as 0% financing spread across 24 months.
