Xiaomi has now released the Redmi Note 13 5G in Europe, less than two weeks after the smartphone debuted in India. In summary, the global Redmi Note 13 5G shares most components with the Chinese version that Xiaomi presented last September in China. However, Xiaomi has added a third rear-facing camera to the global model that its Chinese counterpart lacks.
Specifically, the Redmi Note 13 5G combines a 108 MP primary camera with 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras. On top of that, the handset has a 5,000 mAh battery, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display (1080p/120 Hz) and a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset within a 161.11 x 74.95 x 7.6 mm and 174.5 g housing. Please note that all SKUs ship with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 flash storage.
The Redmi Note 13 5G is not orderable from Xiaomi directly yet, although its website lists all SKUs with launch pricing. The handset is available from retailers like Amazon and MediaMarkt though, which should start shipping pre-orders later this month in Arctic White, Graphite Black and Ocean Teal colour options. For reference, the Redmi Note 13 5G is priced as follows in the Eurozone:
- 6 GB of RAM/128 GB of storage - €279.90
- 8 GB of RAM/256 GB of storage - €299.90
